The lease agreement has been made for Ouraluoto and Galleria Vanhasta Savu. The agreement is in the form of two + three + until further notice, i.e. initially the agreement is valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 December 2027 and then as an option from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2030 and then from 1 January 2031 until further notice.

Ouraluoto Island, where all the buildings are located, is rented for accommodation and event use. The principle of the lease agreement is that residents are free to visit the island and land there daily between 9:00 and 19:00. At other times, a reasonable harbor fee is charged for landing.

  1. In addition to Ouraluoto, the same lease agreement also includes the Galleria Vanha Savu, which is rented for café use. A water park may be built in the sea area in front of Galleria Vanha Savu. The starting point should be that the municipality may hold concerts and events in Galleria Vanha Savu 5-10 times a year, mainly in the evenings during the summer. Events organized by and under the responsibility of the municipality begin at 18 p.m. at the earliest.

An investment program and a table of responsibility distribution have been attached to the lease agreement. In the investment program, both parties commit to investing in the sites according to separately agreed details. The lease agreement and its appendices will be published in conjunction with the publication of the municipal government minutes.
