School accidents

In the event of an accident, the necessary treatment must be provided immediately. Usually, the school is in immediate contact with the guardians and the health care provider depending on the severity of the injury. The school/the teacher concerned prepares a report on the school accident, which is submitted to the school office. The office secretary reports the accident to the insurance company and provides the received claim number to the guardian. If the accident has caused the family direct costs (including travel and medical expenses), compensation for the costs can be applied for retroactively directly from the insurance company using the claim number received. The guardian keeps the receipts and other reports related to the accident.
