Administration and municipal rules

Matters to be decided by the municipal government and council are prepared in the general administration of the municipal office.

The municipal manager, Juha Vasama, acts as the head of the municipal office and the rapporteur for the municipal government. The general administration is responsible for the implementation of the decisions of the municipal government and the council, external communication and the functionality of customer service. The general administration includes financial, economic, rural and housing services as well as the telephone exchange, duplication, mailing and archiving.
