Municipal board

A seven-member municipal board elected by the municipal council manages the municipality's administration and finances.

The municipal government is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the council's decisions, the preparation of the municipal strategy, budget and plan, and the implementation of the municipal group's group management and group supervision. The municipal government enters into agreements and other legal acts on behalf of the municipality, unless otherwise specified.

The municipal government must submit financial statements to the council for consideration by June each year. The municipal government must prepare a municipal budget proposal for the following calendar year, which the council must approve by the end of the year.
