Agendas and minutes

Agendas and minutes are published when they are completed. After the minutes have been reviewed, the minutes of the institutions are kept on display as decided by the institutions. A citizen is considered to have been informed of the decision when the minutes have been made publicly available.

Decision documents mention parts of the text or annexes that are not published on the internet. Annexes that contain confidential information, or where the publication of the information could jeopardize the protection of privacy or the business or professional secret of the trader, or which have not been made available in electronic form for technical reasons, are excluded. On decisions of officials

Decisions of office holders are kept on display in accordance with Section 140, Subsection 2 of the Local Government Act.

Decisions made by municipal officials, which can be appealed under the Municipal Act, are published online. Officials decide on matters within their own sphere of responsibility.

Decisions may contain annexes that are not published on the website. Annexes that contain confidential information or information the disclosure of which could jeopardise private protection or the business or professional secrecy of a trader have not been published online.
