Electronic purchase invoices speed up and streamline invoice processing and reduce errors. Electronic sales invoices are a safe, easy and environmentally friendly way of invoicing.

Invoices must include the location or service area of ​​the customer ordering the goods or services and the customer's name as reference information.

Invoices sent by the municipality

MerikarviaThe municipality offers electronic sales invoices. An e-invoice is a safe, easy and environmentally friendly invoice. E-invoices can be obtained from all Merikarvian recurring municipal bills.

Private individuals can make an e-invoice agreement in their own online bank. When making an agreement, you will need: Merikarvian reference number from the invoice sent by the municipality. This way you get everything at once Merikarvian municipal invoices as e-invoices. If the customer does not have an e-invoice or direct payment agreement, the invoice will be sent as a paper invoice.

Companies

Direct payments

Direct payment is offered to customers who do not have access to online banking. Customers can access direct payment by signing a direct payment agreement with their own bank. A notification of the direct payment will be sent to their home address stating the time and amount of the debit. The account will be debited automatically.
