The phone numbers for making appointments for oral health care changed on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Appointments will now be made centrally on one number.

The new central appointment booking number is 044 7078 451.

Appointments are available on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

When you call to make an appointment, you will be asked to select a service group, where you want to book your appointment. The service groups are divided by location, but you can choose which service group office you want to visit. Merikarvia belongs to the Northern Service Group together with Kankaanpää, Jämijärvi, Siikainen, Pomarkku, Karvia and Lavia.

Out-of-hours on-call operates on weekday evenings from 16 pm to 9 pm, and on weekends and public holidays from 21 am to 21 pm at Satasairaala. The emergency telephone number on weekdays after 15 pm, on weekends and public holidays is 116117.
