Open work activities

Open work is a daytime activity arranged “made to measure” for the workplace. The work is tailored to suit the worker and the employer. Open work is not paid work in terms of employment, but rather a daytime activity based on a client relationship with rehabilitation goals.

A casual worker gets: work cooperative of 12€/day, open workplace and tailored tasks, content for everyday life, work coach services, support and guidance for work tasks, trips to the open workplace, insurance for business trips and during the working day.

Work coach

In supported employment, a job coach helps the client find a suitable job and tailors financial support and other employment support services to the client. Supported employment is therefore an employment relationship in which the job coach supports both the employee and the employer. The job coach supports the employer, for example, in finding a suitable employee, tailoring work tasks, employee orientation and applying for subsidies. The amount and quality of job coaching is tailored to each case.
