The municipality rents out various meeting and office space solutions. The facilities are suitable for companies, project and project workers, and other people who need remote work space.

REMOTE WORKING MODE KATISKA

Remote work space Katiska is Merikarvian municipality's cozy workspace for remote work, studying and taking care of business. The space is suitable for residents, students, leisure residents and tourists who need a peaceful and functional work environment.

LOCATION AND OPENING HOURS

The remote workspace is located Merikarvian on the 2nd floor of the municipal office at Kauppatie 40. Lunch places, grocery stores and a pharmacy can be found within walking distance. Access to the space is possible on weekdays during the opening hours of the front door from 9 am to 15 pm. If you need space outside these hours, please ask the municipality for more information at 044 7246333.

FACILITIES AND WORK ROOMS

The remote workspace Katiska consists of five separate offices and a conference room. The rooms are named so that the right office can be found easily. They offer good working peace and are suitable for individual work, remote meetings and client meetings.

The workrooms are equipped with an electric desk, a work chair, an additional monitor and the necessary connection cables. There is wireless internet access, printing facilities, a break room and kitchen equipment (microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator) as well as toilet facilities. The space also has lockable storage cabinets and equipment suitable for break exercise (office bike, walking mat, chin-up bar and exercise sticks).

The remote workspace has a shared lobby with sofas and chairs, where you can meet other users of the space, network, and share ideas.

BOOKING AND PRICE

Use of the space requires a reservation through the municipality's online store. You can see available times in the reservation calendar. The price of the study room is 30€/day. If you need to rent the space for a longer period, please ask for pricing information separately at the number below.

POOKI CONFERENCE AND MEETING ROOM

A bright and comfortable conference room with a height-adjustable conference table and comfortable chairs for 6 people. The space is equipped with a large screen and a connection cable.

Use of the conference room is free of charge, but requires a reservation. The space can be reserved on weekdays during the opening hours of the front doors, i.e. 9 a.m. to 15 p.m. If you need space outside these hours, please ask the municipal advice center for more information (contact information below).
