Why the Healthy Food Fair?

The fair serves as a new sales channel for small producers directly to the consumer. The central idea is to act as a platform for food product producers and further processors, for whom finding the right sales channels can be difficult. The event also brings together different actors to network and find new partnerships with other companies participating in the fair.

The aim of the Healthy Food Fair is to highlight the quality of domestic food production and promote its use in everyday family cooking. During the days, visitors can get to know local food producers, as food is brought directly from "field to table" to the visitors' grocery bags.

The Healthy Food Fair, as its name suggests, celebrates Finnish food and its producers. The name of the event also reflects Finnish, clean and ethically produced food. The overarching theme is the idea that Finnish food is made in Finland.

Pricing

The exhibition space for the Healthy Food Fair is the Messunavetta (former dance venue Merikievari) at Herran Farm in Koivuniemi. Sales booths are sold both downstairs and upstairs, and there are spaces reserved for sales carts and tents outside.

The price of the booth includes:

admission for max. 4 people so-called exhibitor pass

Indoor sales locations:

Seats no. 1-9 at a price of €150
Seats no. 10-14, 20-22 at a price of €110
Seats no. 23-51 at a price of €250

Outdoor sales locations:

tent 4×4 m
sales trolley max length 7 m

Prices 0% VAT. VAT 25,5% will be added.

Additional table with black cloth €12. Please reserve additional tables in advance.

Electricity Additional charge for luminous flux 25€ (VAT 0%) and power flux 49€ (VAT 0%) with pre-order.

Healthy food fair is held Merikarvialla, in Northern Satakunta. It is easy for both exhibitors and visitors to arrive at the fair by car, as Koivuniemi Herran Farmi is located along Highway 8. Parking areas can be found in the immediate vicinity of Messunaveta.
