We now have a new online service in place. Through it, you can report significant non-urgent faults and problems in the municipal property area, both indoors and outdoors, including roads and roadsides.
Your service request may concern, for example, defects or deficiencies you have noticed in real estate. In outdoor areas, your matter may concern, for example, the need for sanding, a burnt out street lamp, etc. Merikarviaon Route 7 and the roadside is bumpy, etc.
In urgent situations (pipe leaks, etc. events requiring immediate response), please call us directly.
When making a request, remember to state:
- Object (When you first press the search button, all the properties in the municipality will open, from which you can select which object your matter concerns. Select the correct property as the object or if your matter concerns roads/roadsides, select: roads)
- Exact physical location (for road-related issues, please include the road name and number)
- A sufficiently precise verbal description of the event for additional information
- Contact information (name, phone, email)
- Possible supporting documentation if possible (e.g. photograph)
After submitting a service request, you will receive an email notification that your request has been received by our system.
When your request is detected, you will also receive a notification that your request has been added to the “to-do list”.
You will also receive a notification when your service request has been completed.
