Borrowing exercise equipment

Merikarvian rules for using the library's borrowed sports equipment

The library has a selection of exercise equipment available for loan. Ask the library staff. Borrowing requires a valid library card.

The loan period for sports equipment is 2 weeks, and equipment cannot be reserved or renewed.

Sports equipment can only be borrowed during customer service hours and must be returned to the library clerk at the lending desk, not through the return hatch or through the machine. Make sure that the equipment you are returning is clean, dry and intact. Check that all parts and instructions for use are included in the barcoded Sports Equipment Bags.

The loan period for sports equipment ends on the due date before the library closes. Late and reminder fees are charged in the same way as for library materials. For more information, see the Hundred Libraries' Terms of Use.

Lost and damaged equipment must be replaced at the purchase price. The customer will primarily purchase a new product to replace the broken one. Misuse may result in a ban on borrowing. The guardian is responsible for equipment borrowed by a minor.
