The Satakunta employment region's business and employer services offer advice and services for recruitment and support in finding development services. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the region's business service network.
Free business and employer services include:
- Advice and support for recruitment and development opportunities
- Job advertising – publishing vacancies on the työmarkkinatori.fi website.
- Job seeker introductions – finding an employee without a public application process.
- Recruitment events – enabling employers and employees to meet.
- Change protection – support and advice related to personnel reduction situations.
- Work ability coordinator services – provides guidance and advice in situations related to work ability.
- EURES – European Employment Service and Work In Finland employer advice.
