Program on Saturday 31.1.
You can start the day with the scent of the Suopursu sauna and progress at your own pace – you can build yourself exactly the kind of experience you want.

Reception open in the main building. Well-being themes are organized in the main building and Messunaveta, and in addition, our farm's versatile saunas and the Voi Hyvin café are available for use. The duration of the guided programs is approximately one hour.

10 am–13 pm Suopursu sauna (incl. peat mask) €15 / person (incl. for those staying on Friday)
10 am Teija's relaxed workout in the functional gym (10 €/ person)

12 noon Face yoga (29 €/ person)
Afternoon

13–5 pm Functional gym open (17 €/ person)

17–21 pm Smoke sauna (incl. warm tub) €15 / person
