There has been a problem with the routing of alarms from the Vivago security phone service in the Satakunta welfare area due to a problem with the system supplier.

Vivago security phones are in use in the Pori area (formerly basic security), Northern Satakunta (formerly Posa), and in Eura and Säkylä. The problem began on the morning of September 16.9th and corrective measures have been initiated immediately by the system provider Vivago. The problem is being corrected, but we hope that relatives will contact their loved ones who use the service in question and verify their situation.

If you cannot reach a loved one and there is reason to suspect that their health or safety is in danger, please contact the social and crisis emergency service, tel. 02 623 4380.

Home care has started contacting customers who have home care services in addition to the security phone service.
