Course diary in a nutshell:
- The course diary must record the students who were present at the assembly. Course participants will be issued a course certificate based on the diaries if they request it. It is important that the diaries are filled in correctly. The diary is also a document that the teaching has actually been organized and the college must store the diaries for, among other things, the education board.
- To print your diary, press the Print diary button and select the desired diary template. Only print your diary if you absolutely need it.
- If a person who is not on the list shows up for the course, they should be directed to register for the course as soon as possible (you can, for example, do it together using the online form at opistopalvelut.fi/merikarvia)
- Diaries are also the basis for salary payments and must therefore be kept up to date. If the meeting times marked in the course diary change, please always notify the school office so that the changes are also reflected in your diary. After the course ends, the diaries are archived electronically.
- All changes related to gatherings must be reported to the office!
Certificates related to sick leave must be submitted within a week so that the changes can also be noted in the salaries.
Meetings added by the tutor themselves do not automatically result in salary, and therefore the office must always be contacted by phone or email (note: not by text message) regarding new or unusual meeting times.
